POLICY
Broadcasting Standards Guide
Last updated 2026.10.16
1. Basic Broadcasting Principles
Broadcasters must comply with relevant laws and regulations, the Terms of Service, and operating policies, and must respect viewers. Titles, thumbnails, and broadcast content must not mislead viewers about the actual content.
2. Prohibited Content
Broadcasts that include illegal activities, pornography, sexual exploitation, excessive violence, incitement to self-harm, hate speech or discrimination, disclosure of others’ personal information, copyright infringement, promotion of gambling, or false financial information are prohibited.
3. Protection of Minors
Broadcasts in which minors appear or that are accessible to minors must be age-appropriate. Broadcasters may not solicit monetary contributions from minors or request their personal information.
4. Commercial and Promotional Broadcasts
If a broadcast contains advertisements or sponsorships, this must be clearly indicated so that viewers are aware. False or exaggerated advertising and the promotion of illegal products are prohibited.
5. Sanctions
Depending on the severity of the violation, measures may include warnings, exposure restrictions, suspension of broadcasts, revocation of broadcasting privileges, or account restrictions. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Appeals
Broadcasters who object to these measures may request a review through the Customer Service Center, along with supporting documentation.
