Article 1: Purpose of Personal Information Processing ハートライブTV processes personal information to the extent necessary for RoomTV membership registration, identity verification, service provision, payment and settlement, customer support, prevention of fraudulent use, and compliance with legal obligations. Article 2: Categories of Personal Information Processed Required information includes ID, password, name, nickname, mobile phone number, and date of birth. During the use of the service, access logs, IP addresses, device information, and records of payments, top-ups, and withdrawals may be generated. When making a withdrawal, we process the bank name, account holder’s name, and account number. Article 3: Retention and Usage Period As a general rule, member information is retained until the member cancels their account. However, information required to be retained under relevant laws and regulations—such as e-commerce records and access logs—is stored separately for the specified period.
